$100,000 Grant from The Packard Foundation Allows NFF San Francisco to Broaden its Market Reach

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation recently contributed $100,000 to NFF's San Francisco Bay Area office to provide workshops and other technical assistance to nonprofits in the Packard Foundation's 4-county territory. This grant marks an important expansion of NFF SFBA's current client-base of arts and cultural organizations to approximately 2,000 additional organizations beyond the arts. With the support of the Packard Foundation and other funders, NFF San Francisco has helped over 800 organizations through its workshop and consultative services, and has committed over $4 million in financing toward local projects totaling $29 million. This expansion will help meet the growing demand for NFF services from the non-arts community in San Francisco.
