NFF Philadelphia to Host a Convening for Arts Organizations

The Art of Business Planning: From Strategy to Implementation:
A Convening Targeted to the Business Planning Needs of Arts Organizations

NFF invites arts organizations in New Jersey, Delaware, and the Philadelphia region to a morning of interactive learning on how to create and use a business plan to respond to the changing environment. Experts in the field will lead discussions on how business plans can best be implemented by nonprofit arts organizations. A panel of leading regional funders will talk about what they look for in an applicant's plan, how business plans affect their funding decisions, and field questions from the audience.

The event will take place on May 15, 2007, from 8:45 AM-12:00 PM at the International House in Philadelphia.
