The CFF program, launched by funding from the Lila Wallace-Reader's Digest Fund, was established in response to research demonstrating that cultural organizations rely on their facilities even more than the steel industry. To read a summary of this research report and learn more about the facilities, financial and managerial needs of cultural organizations, see the Cultural Facilities Study Summary.
