LINKING MONEY TO MISSION – ACCESSING AND MANAGING CREDIT
This half-day workshop is designed
for executive directors and other senior staff. It will provide participants with the opportunity to learn in detail:
(1) how an organization is assessed for credit-worthiness, (2) how to use financial information to communicate
the organization’s financial needs and repayment strategies to creditors, (3) how to manage credit effectively.
Participants will engage in interactive dialogue and exercises about incorporating current and long-term
financial goals into financing strategies. Topics covered include:
